Dogs are welcome at LDO.
It’s no secret, we love dogs visiting London Designer Outlet. All dogs are welcome at LDO on the mall space outside our stores across our ground level and levels one and two.
Acceptance in store does vary by store with some accepting assistance dogs only including guide dogs, hearing assistance dogs and some stores welcoming emotional support animals.
If you need any emergency supplies, head to Guest Services (located next to Clarks Outlet) for biodegradable poo bags and dog biscuits.

House Rules
We do have a couple of important house rules for you and your pooch to adhere to when visiting…
- Please keep dogs on a lead at all time and clean up after your dog, disposing of waste in a responsible manner.
- Please do not leave dogs unattended and be considerate of other guests.
Explore the local area
There’s lots for your four-legged friends to explore in Wembley Park, just a short stroll from the London Designer Outlet.
There are dog runs in Elvin Gardens. Find this green space behind Bread Ahead and Boxpark.
There are six water stations located at various points throughout the centre.
Please head to Guest Services (located near Clarks) for assistance. They offer complimentary biodegradable poo bags and dog biscuits.
