Gift Cards from London Designer Outlet can be used in the majority of our stores and restaurants.
- You can buy one for any amount from £5 to £1000
- It can be redeemed in the majority of LDO’s shops, bars, restaurants*
- Unlike a traditional voucher there is no need to spend the full amount at once
- The card’s balance can easily be checked online or over the phone (see details below)
- The gift card can always be combined with cash or another form of payment
You can purchase an LDO Gift Card from LDO’s Guest Services (on the Level 1 next to Clarks Outlet)
There are three ways you can check your gift card balance:
- Scan the QR code on the back of the card with your smart phone
- Call balance enquiry 0844 7744 277
- Visit Guest Services for a quick balance check
The card will expire 12 months from its original activation. This card is issued by EML pursuant to a licence by MasterCard.
Please note that current I.D. is required when purchasing a gift card.
